All purchases are finale sale. If you happen to receive a faulty item (due to postal mishandling) kindly bring the matter to my attention within 24hrs. 

If an identical replacement can be sent (in the case of custom orders/handmade pieces) one will be posted within 7 business days.

For one-of-a-kind pieces, store credit will be issued.
